Great place to stay! Shuttle service was great with no wait times for drop-off and pick-up! Staff was very friendly as well. I would suggest supplying some method of 'instruction card' for catching shuttle from airport when arriving back in Chicago. Navigating around O'Hare airport to where we needed to be for shuttle service pick-up was a bit confusing. Having some instructions to refer to would have been very helpful. I think we wasted a good 30 minutes walking around before figuring out where to go.
