Currently, shuttle hours are 5:00AM – 9:30PM.
Shuttles run every 40 minutes beginning at 5:00AM with the last shuttle to O'Hare at 9:40PM. Shuttle passengers are encouraged to arrive at a minimum of 30 minutes prior to their desired terminal arrival time.
Upon return to Chicago, please wait at Shuttle Center Door number 2 for a pickup. Shuttle Centr is on the ground floor of the main parking garage across from the Hilton. Follow signs from terminals 1,2 & 3. Please make sure you board the correct Hyatt shuttle as there are 3 Hyatt properties in the area.
Passengers returning to terminal 5, which include international and some domestic, will need to go to the Shuttle Center door 2. O'Hare offers a free Airport Transit System (ATS) train. Take that to terminal 2 and follow signs to Shuttle Center. Be aware that last shuttle leaves O'Hare for The Hyatt Place at 9:40PM.

Hotel is on left side after second stoplight. From 90 East /West: Take 90 from either direction and exit 190 Western(to O'Hare). Pay toll and immediately exit Mannheim Road North. Go North 1.5 miles. Hotel is on left side after second stoplight. From 290 East/West: Take 290 from either direction and exit 294 North. Continue until you reach the exit for 190 West (to O'Hare).
