While there is an established shuttle pickup schedule from the airport, which is every 15/45 minutes past the hour in the WEST terminal (red signage), Lane 3, Door 512, just outside WEST terminal baggage claim, weather conditions often affect road conditions which can cause delays. In the event of cold weather, please remain inside the terminal near the glass at door 512. Call the shuttle dispatcher at (949) 370-3772. You will be able to see the shuttle as it approaches and will be directed curbside at the appropriate time to board. Your convenience and comfort are very important to us.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, solid surface floor, check-in friendly and knowledgeable. Shuttle to DEN airport on time and efficient. Car parking uncovered but under trees; one small scratch on side door. Shuttle return from DEN was either full and left earlier than scheduled, or never came. Waited 45-50 minutes. Very full shuttle! So not sure what the plan would be if more people had been waiting than van had seats for.
Decent hotel. Breakfast closes down too early (8am) which is too early for travelers coming in late.
Only 1 small trash can in bathroom, prefer shampoo and conditioner and lotion, ice machine not working on my floor annd n milk on breakfast buffet for cereal, etc. Otherwise everything was great.
