nice comfortable room,everyone friendly, efficient, we had no troubles at all

The hotel was wonderful, the shuttle not so much. The shuttle to the airport worked out well. The shuttle back to the hotel never showed up, even after three calls to let them know. The hotel kept telling us it would show up, we waited for over an hour, then got an uber.
