Hoping the management will improve the pre-pay instructions as they were not clear. I had prepaid, brought my receipt with QR code but found that I could not get into Lot B. Fortunately a VERY helpful attendant was there to get me into Lot A. Upon exiting, I had what I needed also (receipt and ticket) but that also required their intervention. It was a bit stressful in trying to catch an international flight. The wait time on the return was much longer, and the van was filled beyond capacity, but that might be a sign of all the travelers, now. Will come back again, and hope for a better experience.

We have used ParkShuttleFly for a number of years every time we need to leave SD. I will have to say, they are doing much better on response time for drop off and pick up.
