If you paid in full in advance and need to change your reservation, please contact Customer Service via our Contact Us form. Our team can help guide you through the process, however you may need to cancel your existing reservation and make a new one. Refunds will not be given if you return early from your trip.

Yes. In most cases, reservations can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund, including any booking fees paid. Be sure to check for the ‘Free Cancellation’ label when selecting your parking option.

To cancel, submit the cancellation form with your Reservation ID and check-in date. If the cancellation is made after 24 hours, only the parking cost will be returned.

Cancellations cannot be processed after your scheduled arrival time.
