If you have paid a deposit and your arrival time, departure time, or your departure date has changed, your reservation remains valid and you can inform the Lot attendant on arrival.

Yes. Most bookings can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund, including the booking fee. Look for the ‘Free Cancellation’ message when selecting your parking lot.

To cancel, complete the cancellation form with your Reservation ID and check-in date. If canceled after 24 hours, only the parking cost will be refunded.

Cancellations will not be accepted after your scheduled arrival time.
