"The drivers who picked up and dropped off couldn't be nicer. I was happy to give them both a tip. Loved how they helped me with the suitcase.
However, I totally resented having to tip the cashier, but it was forced on the charge card and my only choice was "other" so I did $2 and not happy about it. He wasn't even friendly and he's the cashier. It would be like tipping the cashier at the grocery store. Made me mad. What the hell???" Read Less

"Great parking for LAX"
LAX Airport is located in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Westchester. It is close to the Pacific Ocean, and approximately 18 miles from Downtown Los Angeles. You can find directions to LAX by inputting the LAX airport address into our Maps page. The address of LAX airport is 1 World Way, Los Angeles, Ca 90045.
All of the parking lots at LAX have the same pricing tiers, unlike many other airports. Parking at LAX for 15 minutes is free. After that, it costs $5 for up to the first hour. Each additional 30 minutes costs $4, and the daily maximum is $40. While the Economy Lot E used to offer a cheaper rate for travelers, the lot is now closed. If you are planning to park overnight, it will be cheaper to find parking near LAX Airport. Our parking partners such as QuikPark and The Parking Spot Century offer competitive rates and complimentary LAX shuttle service.
LAX is busiest between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., so we recommend getting to the airport a bit earlier than normal if you are flying out during those times. If your flight is between 2 p.m. and 9 a.m., you should get to LAX Airport two hours before a domestic flight or three hours before an international flight. Read our blog on How Early To Get To LAX to find out more.
The upper level of LAX terminals is for departures, and you can stop at the curb temporarily to unload. If you want to go inside the terminal with your passenger, the best option is to park at the lot closest to your terminal. The first 15 minutes are free, so this is a great tool if your drop off is expected to be quick. Otherwise, you will have to pay $5 for the first hour.

Below are tips and feedback from our recent customers about the experience of parking at LAX.
Expensive but worth it. They have frequent shuttles so wait is not long. LAX is a huge construction zone in 2021. It was hard for me to find a shuttle pickup place but once I found the red sign, it was clearly labeled. I couldn’t find my red pick up sign at terminal 4 but found it when I walked over to Tom Bradley one terminal over.
Construction made finding the entrance confusing
Frequently use 405 Airport parking. It’s reasonably priced and their drivers are friendly and always offer to assist with loading your baggage.
Great location near the airport with shuttle service. Going to the airport, 5-10 minute wait time for a shuttle. Coming back from the airport, 15-20 minute wait. Not bad!!!!
Easy self parking once I located the entrance. A shuttle was waiting for us and one picked us up quickly upon our return. I was a little confused about to enter since I prepaid but figured it out and used the paperwork I had printed out when I booked it.
A great price for 10 days. I could've found cheaper a little cheaper, but heard from a friend that Hilton was safe and easy. He was right. It was easy to find the parking structure. Parking is underground and after circling down many times. we found parking 6 floors down. It was 7 am on a Friday . The structure is very, very low, with sprinkler system, so any tall vehicles beware. I was nervous about our rack on top of our SUV, but we were fine. Spaces are tight, but doable. We parked in a space where no one was behind us so it was much easier to unpack the car. It was pretty easy to get up the elevators to the shuttle area. There was a gentleman named Joseph, from the hotel organizing the line for the shuttle. He was very friendly and helpful. Full of energy. It made the short wait a little nicer!
The wait for shuttle was maybe 15-20. All the luggage was in front of the line, so when the shuttle came some luggage made it on that people in the back of the line placed. So keep an eye on your luggage, but it worked out. It was difficult to hear and know which terminal we were at or where we needed to go, so keep a look out the windows, we could not hear the shuttle driver, luckily a lot of fellow passengers helped.
Coming back we had the directions to follow to find shuttle. We knew to go upstairs, but did not know exactly where to pick up shuttle. It says a blue Hilton shuttle would pick us up. The one we were dropped off in had Hilton printed on the shuttle. So when we finally found the area, there was a blue shuttle and the little light sign in the window says Hilton. We almost missed it. It is not very big. We did not wait long at all. Got to hotel quick, no issues. Upon leaving the structure we tried to scan our QR code, since we already paid. Our flight came in at 11:30 pm, we left structure around 12:30 am. The monitor stated we owed money. We were confused and there seemed to be no one around, we sat there for a short time and out of no where a woman came to our car asking if we needed help. We explained the situation. She let us through because they give us a 2 hr window after time our flight was to land to leave. I am glad she was there. I would have not been happy if I had to pay more.
Over all was a good experience. I didn't feel nervous or worried about my car and was very happy about having a shuttle that ran all day to get us to and from airport without worry. I would use again.
Excellent Service and Price!
We took the shuttle to the airport but walked from Terminal 2 back to the lot when we returned. Unclear as to how to get the shuttle back to the lot. Plus the walk was short and quicker than the shuttle.
Worked out well.
