"Stacy, the attendant and shuttle driver, is one of the most attentive, informative, and kind people I have ever encountered. He fully explained the process of taking the Sky Train to the airport from the drop-off station, and even followed up with the number to call if there were any changes to my flight. This was my first time using this facility for airport parking, and it was easy and safe. I will be back again!" Read Less

"Overall this was a great experience. However, when I was picked up from the airport the driver never got out of her seat and simply asked “ can you get that”, referring to my luggage. I replied “ I think so”. Fortunately, I am quite strong, but I am not a spring chicken. There was a very nice gentleman near the door who jumped up and put my luggage on the bus and on an upper rack. My cousin who was with me had to put his own luggage on the shuttle. He, too is rather strong, but not a spring chicken ( he will be 85 in January 2022).
In all other aspects, the driver was very pleasant and competent.

It worked for me and i plan on using it again for my future travels.

So easy to navigate. The shuttle was waiting for us both times and the transfer to the airport was seamless. We will definitely be doing it again.
We always use Elite Parking. Great service, attendants and drivers.
Will definitely make it my go to parking spot
Pricing is very reasonable compared to the airport
was worried about getting to airport on time and shuttle pulled up to my vehicle as I was parking in the lot. Coming back from my trip the shuttle again was waiting right at the airport and pulled off once my family boarded it. Totally worth the 3 day reservation rate.
I must have missed the details that the parking lot was the first on the left (next to the building) since there are multiple lots. Clean shuttle, courteous, first class.
Great parking lot
